簡介說明

總昌生產和規劃完整的生質燃料造粒產線,包含切片粉碎、過濾篩選、造粒、冷卻、儲存。總昌的系統適合各種不同的生質原料,如木頭、草、農產餘料、棕梠殼、空果串、棕梠樹幹和培燒後的粉料。

総昌会社ではバイオマスペレット製造やデザインなどの生産ラインに取り組んでおり、その内容として粉砕、ふるい分け、ペレット製造、冷却、貯蔵など。当システムは、木材、草、農業残渣、ヤシ殻、アブラヤシ果実房、アブラヤシ古木、半炭化されたパウダーなどの、様々な種類のバイオマス原材料に対応し、ペレット製造が可能となっています

TSUNG CHANG produces and design complete pellet lines including grinding, screening, pelleting, cooling and storage. Tsung Chang system is ideal for different kinds of biomass material such as wood, grass, agriculture waste, palm kernel shell(PKS), Empty Fruit Bunches(EFB), Oil Palm T runks(OPT) and terrified powder.

設備特色

．本系統配有變頻器和全自動系統,大幅降低電費和人工操作。

このシステムには、周波数変換器と全自動システムが装備されており、電力コストと手動操作が大幅に削減されます。

TSUNG CHANG system equip with Inverter and automatically controller. It much decrease electricity cost and manual operation.

．單電機、雙環模設計。每千瓦可生産8〜18公斤

シングルモーター及びダブルダイス方式。同ペレタイザーの生産量は1kwで〜18キロですが

．齒輪箱、軸心、軸盤皆有冷卻系統

ギアボックス、シャフトセンター、シャフトディスクの冷却システム

環模

雙環模設計,容易擠壓成型、不浪費原料本機型為沖壓式、外壓設計(一般傳統型為滾壓式内壓)

ダブルダイス式ですので、成型加工しやすくなっていますし、用いる材料に無駄を出さないのが特徴です。同機はプレス式で外圧です。(従来のものはローラー式で内圧です)

Double die design which is easy to pelletizing and no wasting material. The overlap of the two dies creates a punch and the power from outer diameter of rotating dies ( Conventional single die androll shell machine is inner pressure).

。即使沒有木質素的原料,也較容易製成顆粒,像是草、PKS、EFB.等

もう一つの特徴はリグニンが含まれていない原料であっても、ペレット製造が簡単です。例えば、草、PKSやEFBなど

Even if material is lacking of natural lignin, TSUNG CHANG machine still easier to make pellet.

Such as grass, PKS, EFB…etc

沖壓孔徑,交叉深度深,耐磨。環模使用壽命較長。可使用4000至6000小時,視原料而訂。

プレス成型した面に溝を設け、より良い耐摩耗性があります。使用寿命がより長く、用いる原料次第で4000から6000時間使用可能。

The two counter rotating dies in our pellet machine overlap one another similar to a gear train.

Each die ‘s overlap deeply to each other which is more durable and longer lifetime then conventional single die. Basically each die can use for 4000 to 6000 hours. (depends on material)
